- offering a referral to another lawyer or other organisation best placed to help with your problem
Help for someone you know
If you’re here for a friend or someone you know, they need to get in touch with us themselves.
You can give them this link.
It's okay for you to help them to fill out this form if there is a reason they are unable to fill it out themselves, such as a language or literacy issue.
The person you are helping should be with you while you complete this form and agree for you to request legal help for them and share their information with us.
Please ensure that all the details you enter (including contact details) are the details of the person who needs help, and not your details.
Professionals on behalf of a client
We have a special referral process for professionals who are seeking help on behalf of someone they are working with (such as case workers, social workers, lawyers and health professionals).
