We help migrant workers understand and enforce their workplace rights and resolve issues at work, including: 

  • pay and entitlements 
  • termination of employment 
  • unfair and discriminatory treatment at work 
  • sexual harassment 
  • gig worker rights 
  • WorkCover claims 

Depending on our capacity and the strengths and weaknesses of your case, we may be able to help you by:  

  • providing legal advice 
  • helping you draft legal documents, such as letters or applications 
  • representing you in a court or tribunal 
  • offering a referral to another lawyer or other organisation best placed to help with your problem
